This training is entirely practice-oriented. It helps you build pro-activity and communication power. In three days, junior professionals can start a more convincing dialogue with their clients and colleagues.

You will practice new knowledge and insights extensively during the training. You will discover what really communicates, what your qualities are and how best to use them. You learn what to do if someone triggers allergic reactions in you. Reading body language and dealing with stress if the conversation gets stuck; it is all covered. Part of the training course is also about developing more initiatives. In this way, you increasingly offer added value for your organisation.

This workshop is also organised for employees of VIA Nederland members, so individual registration is possible. It involves three days of workshop (always with an interval of a few weeks). The three dates will be determined in consultation with the participants.
